Vanity Scents does not offer cash refunds. However, we accept exchanges or returns for store credit.

 

We will accept returns and exchanges, for items purchased in our store and online, upon the presentation of an original receipt. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 15 days after purchase. All products to be exchanged or returned must be unopened, with outer plastic wrapping fully intact and in the condition received from us. Items that have been opened or where the packaging is soiled, disfigured or shows signs of tampering will not be accepted. Please decide if you want to keep your item before you remove such plastic wrapping.

 

Store Credit remains valid for 12 months.

 

Please bring original receipt .

Items purchased online may be picked up at our store for free. Kindly bring along proof of purchase when you visit our store to collect your item.

 

 We also provide delivery services in and around Road Town for a fee of USD 5.00. Deliveries will be made within one business day after your order is made.

 

If you wish to have your item delivered on a particular date kindly place your order at least 24 hours in advance. We are happy to facilitate urgent delivery requests (we understand, it happens!). However, we ask that you contact us by telephone to set it up.
